The HR Lab is led by Jan Laurent — a Senior HR Operations leader with more than 12 years of shared services experience at Citigroup and The Mosaic Company. She has led global teams across Brazil, Canada, and the United States; supported multi-union workforces; implemented ServiceNow workflows; and strengthened operational consistency in fast-moving, high-volume environments.

The HR Lab was founded to address a common challenge: organizations often invest in external assessments to identify issues their HR teams have already recognized. The gap isn't insight — it's structure.
